The Healthy Resolutions Weight Management Program is a 12 week one-on-one
nutrition counseling program designed to be administered by Registered
Dietitians and/or medical professionals with an expertise in nutrition and
weight loss. The one-on-one format of the Healthy Resolutions Weight
Management Program allows tailored nutrition plans to be created for each individual based on their
nutritional needs and weight loss or maintenance goals. The program philosophy is based upon the proven success of customized
nutrition plans for weight management. Many programs use generic meal plans
and calorie levels for program participants, which tend to be unsuccessful
since these plans are not tailored to the participants’ actual needs and
lifestyles. The Healthy Resolutions Weight Management Program shows you how
to determine your client’s nutritional needs in a step-by-step, easy to
follow format for maximum success. The Healthy Resolutions Weight Management Program is a highly structured,
weekly program with a format that
allows the dietitian or health care provider to identify nutrition and
fitness trouble areas for the participant immediately and make the
appropriate changes so that weight management success is maximized to the fullest potential. This
program addresses all of the major nutrition causes of obesity to provide the
most well rounded nutrition counseling program available. The week to week
goal setting and achievement tracking format of the Healthy Resolutions
Weight Management Program uses positive reinforcement to promote healthy
eating and exercise habits throughout the program and throughout life. |
