Topics Each session of the Healthy Resolutions Weight Management Program is
devoted to a different nutrition topic that directly effects obesity. Initial
Session Prior to starting the 12 week program, the dietitian or health care
provider administering the Healthy Resolutions Weight Management Program
should meet with the participant for an initial consultation. The Healthy
Resolutions Management Program Curriculum includes a detailed, step-by-step
layout of what information should be gathered during the initial assessment
of the individual. During this session, the dietitian or health care provider
administering the Healthy Resolutions Weight Management Program will
determine, using the step-by-step instructions in the program curriculum, the
individuals nutrition and calorie needs and provide the participant with a
detailed, customized meal plan. Weight management goals will also be
established at this session. 12
Weekly Session Topics Topics included in the 12 week sessions
include: Identifying Emotional Eating Increasing Fruits and Vegetables Increasing Metabolism Eating Out and Eating in Social Situations Food Label Reading Healthy Snacking Water Increasing Physical Activity Increasing Fiber And more!!! Progress
